Commission Rates
- Less than $1,500 = 15%
- Additional 5% on balances above $1,500
- Cap at $2,500
- $25 minimum fee
- $100 no sale fee
- $25 title fee
The sale list will be updated daily. There is a 5% fee for online bidders.
A minimum commission of $25 will be charged for each lot with a hammer price below $150. Credit card
transactions will be charged a 4% transaction fee.
